Birth Partner Training 101

If you have an upcoming birth, and want to be the best birth partner around...this class is for you! Doula Rhonda will share some labor comfort measures  she uses and some you can do with your partner to help ease the pain of childbirth. In the class, we will discuss what you can do ahead of time to prepare, what to pack for the hospital bag, how to handle visitors at the hospital and at home and most importantly you'll learn some tricks of the doula trade about how to support someone in labor by using birth balls and other equipment available to you.  Rhonda will also discuss what to expect AFTER the birth during the Postpartum period and how to make that transition to home as smooth as possible. $ 60 per person/couple. Students will receive a coupon for 10% off birth services when they book with her.
